According to a report published British metro newspaper The Chelsea administration is currently studying a delayed offer to include Simons after the Argentine star Alejandro Garnechu’s deal.

The report indicated that Chelsea was the lead of arrival in the signing of Simons before the London -rival Tottenham joined the competition for its services.
