Sport Scooply – The Appeals Committee in the Saudi Football Association has detonated a resounding surprise regarding the sanctions related to the withdrawal of Al Hilal from running the local Super Cup, along with victory, Al -Ittihad and Qadisiyah teams, in Hong Kong.

Al -Hilal club apologized for not participating in the Saudi Super Championship due to the team’s players suffering from stress after the World Cup for Clubs, and then Al -Ahly was summoned to be in place of the blue team, as the fourth Roshen League last season.

The Appeals Committee announced today, Saturday, the cancellation of the discipline decision, to confirm the evidence of the violation of Al -Hilal Club for Paragraph 3 of Article 59, and accordingly the Blue Team was fined an amount of 500 thousand riyals and considered a loser against Al -Qadisiyah in the match that was scheduled to be held between the two teams in the Super Semi -final.

While the point of considering Al -Hilal a loser against Al -Qadisiyah raised questions about the fate of the Saudi Super Cup final scheduled between Al -Nasr and Al -Ahly, on Saturday.

According to the Saudi newspaper “Al -Riyadiah”, the Saudi Super Cup final will be held on its appointment today, Saturday, because the appeal decision is subject to appeal.

The same newspaper pointed out that the case is still legal, except by closing the appeal period within 30 days, and Al -Ahly’s participation was approved by an official decision from the competitions committee in the championship, which is an undesirable decision.
